Your bunnies are very cute.

What works for me: The simple clean outlines and blocks of colour work well for an adoptable image. I like that there is some variation between the colour patterns. For example, the female's whole arm is the accent colour, whereas the male has only the paws in the accent colour.

Points for improvement: The tail attaches a bit low on the body. Because of this, it looks as if it connects to the bunny's right leg, rather than it's backside. It would look better to have the tail higher up, even if that means it's partly covered by the right arm.

Another suggestion I have, although this is purely a personal preference, is to remove the bold outline from the circles on the cheeks and belly. (This is very subjective, and opinions may vary.)
